Add-ons
Add any of these to any plan. A card says when an add-on is billed per aircraft, per aircraft type or per serial, and lists the price bands where the price per aircraft falls as the fleet grows; the rest are one price for the whole organization. A monthly or yearly add-on renews every period, on your card or by invoice, until you stop it under Organization, Billing, Plan.
Bundles
Add-ons that go together, for less than buying them separately. Like an add-on, a monthly or yearly bundle renews every period until you stop it.
What every plan includes
The engine and the records spine come with the plan. Add-ons open the modules on top of them.
- The Builder, simulator and trade studies, with the physics published and re-derived in your browser.
- Flight records on any airframe, registered or not, with unlimited flights and pilot hours.
- The HTTP API and MCP endpoint, with a daily quota and credits you can top up.
- Export at any time, as JSON and CSV, and stored log files that come back ungated.

Does the trial need a card?
No. The 14-day trial has every feature on, for up to 5 people and 3 registered aircraft, and runs out after 14 days unless you choose a plan.
How are aircraft counted?
Flights and hours are unlimited on every plan, on any airframe. Registering an aircraft into Fleet Manager uses one of the aircraft slots on your plan or add-on; the card above says how many it carries.
What happens to our records if we leave?
Export everything as JSON and CSV at any time. When a plan ends your records stay read-only with export for 90 days, are kept for 12 months after that, and are never deleted without notice or while a legal hold stands. The Trust Center says it in full.
Can we buy for a school, a nonprofit or an agency?
Yes. Where the catalog lists a plan for your audience it appears above; otherwise ask for a quote and say whether you pay by purchase order. Education and nonprofit plans start on RotorLab's approval.
* Stored flight logs are kept for 90 days by default. You can set that anywhere from a single day to ten years, per organization, at any time: we do not decide it for you. Logs are held within your plan’s storage allowance shown above; a longer window on a busy fleet needs more of it.
